Midway Patches

I was curious why the instructions say to remove the papi bgl files. As far as I can tell, Midway still does have papi on several runways. Were these files redundant?

most of the v4 patches say to remove the papi bgls from the respective airports, they are redundant, there will still be papi lights once deleted.
