TFFJ: Strange red surfaces under objects at night

Hi everyone

I am seeing strange bight red surfaces under some objects like the fire truck in St-Barths at night.
Can this be resolved?

Copy the attached file into /FlyTampa/StBartholomew/texture/ overwriting the existing file.
