ORBX Australia V2 Compatability

Post by piano@bigpond.net.au » Mon Jun 17, 2019 1:23 am

Hi Fly Tampa,
love your work so much

Since I installed Australia V2 my FLY TAMPA Sydney is not working properly . theres double taxi lines new gates which don't work and the gate selection has been reduced No D1 for Qantas.
Ive re-installed SYDNEy but same problems

Also in the Scenery Library(P3D) at the top is FSDREAMTEAM in Grey, It can't be edeited or moved up and down

Is FT SYDNEY compatible with ORBX Australia V2

I've never tried Ausv2 but if you are seeing extra jetways and dual taxiway lines it means they have included an YSSY AFCAD. You need to find it and turn it off or remove it.

Also, remove the Sydney LC from the scenery library & make sure the main Sydney Entry is above Orbx in the Scenery Library.

Go to your ORBX folder - Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAUv2_05_SCENERY\scenery, find the YSSY files and turn to .off

That will fix your issue

On a side note being ORBX is landclass scenery make sure it is below all your 3rd party airports in the scenery library

I understand that you have to put YSSY above the Orbx AU2 land class, but how can I make sure this happens when the entries for Orbx AU2 are greyed out and so stuck at the top of the list?

Remove FlyTampa Sydney_LC folder and all seems to work fine.... Black holes vanished. Trying with YSSY ORBX files disabled and black holes still were there. Disabling Sydney_LC folder seems to be the correct way to make ORBX Australia V2 compatible with FlyTampa Sydney.
