Hi Martin,
I have the St Maartens problem where it is only in default. Thought I got it right, the .cmd file is there. I have attached the screen shot. Also don't you have a "my account" section, I was going to redownload it but couldn't find where the software I purchased is to do this. Your assistance please. Thanks

I resent your download link. Before installing, delete that whole FlyTampa/StMaarten folder and check your P3D scenery Library that there are no FlyTampa StMaarten entries there. If there are delete them, except the one on the very bottom just labeled "StMaarten" thats a stock P3D entry that should remain.
