SABA Utility Vehicles causing problems (crashes)

Is there a way to relocate or remove the utility vehicles - push back tractor, baggage vehicle?

The problem is that at Parking 1 you cannot move as you are penned in between the vehicles and the fence at the rear of the aircraft.
Ramp 5 does give freedom to move but you need to have very good steering ability or you will end up clipping the baggage cart.

Two options: Disable Airport Vehicles in Settings/Traffic or try the attached Afcad which uses Ramp instead of Gate.
