Landclass for the Dubai surrounding

Hi,

I made a VFR flight out of Dubai (one of my absolute favorite sceneries) for Abu Dhabi last night. All is well and proper as long as I stay within the FT Dubai area. However, after leaving it for Abu Dhabi it turns terrible. While inland there is (sort of) desert, there is a wide stripe of green land close to the sea. This resembles some parkland / resident area in Medium Europe and, of course, does not belong there at all (as Google and Bing confirm).

Does anyone know any half-decent landclass scenery (payware or freeware) for the area working in Prepar3d3? I know, ORBX will do OpenLC Africa one day, but given their pace with OpenLC I am not sure if I'll live to see it (aged 64 now).

Getting the same issue even with Orbx vector installed...
