ILS localizers and glide slopes?

I have recently purchased KMDW, great job guy's!

I am however having a problem with the localizers and glide slopes not working for 4R, 22L, and 31C.
The only runway that appears to have a localizer is 13C.

I have added ILS to the other runways in AFCAD, but for some reason they do not work or show up on the gps.

Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated.

Here are some screenshots of the Afcad file, and the gps showing the localizers.
Notice how the localizer beams for 31C and 22L are smaller than the one for 13C. The localizer for 4R isn't showing at all.

This is a shot of the afcad2 that installs with Fly-Midway. The Navaids in it are untouched defaults.

Runways 31C, 31C have ILS/DME, runway 4R has ILS and no DME.

Martin,
Is it possible to add active ILS for 4R, 22L, and 13C, 31C. with Afcad?

I know that it will not be real, but I can't seem to make it work when I make the changes in Afcad.

It should be possible yes, I haven't tried it tho.
