Universal installer 'download failed' after several attempts on both servers. Please advise how to access direct download.

Fails immediately or after certain amount of download?

After certain amount, looks like it gets about a quarter of the way and fails.

Are you on a "stable" connection, not wifi?
Do you have access to another computer?
If it still doesn't work, email us.
