Black oblongs and runway at TNCM

I recently purchased your StMaarten scenery from SimMarket. There are large oblong black areas on the tarmac and the entire runway is black. It appears that the gates also have some smaller black areas as well. I am running FSX boxed SP2, Win7 64 Pro, UTX Caribbean, GEX, and no other third party sceneries on StMaarten.

I have tried everything I could think of to solve this:

1. I searched my entire FSX/Scenery/World/Scenery and Addon Scenery for anything that could be conflicting and found nothing.

2. The scenery installs in FSX/FlyTampa and appears in Scenery.cfg at number 570. I tried moving it all the way up above the defaults with no change.

3. In searching on the web I found a post from your forum which deals with a similar issue and there were a list of files to remove from the StMaarten Scenery file. I tried that and it didn't help and actually made it worse.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this. I have many of your other sceneries but never had an issue like this.

Can you post a overview screenshot or photo of TNCM. I maybe able to tell what the issue is from seeing the missing elements.
