Runway Incursion TFFJ

I'm getting a fatal incursion every time I turn around at the end of runway 28. Seems the plane just falls through the tarmac. Running P3D 4.1: FTX Global and NA landclass: UTX Tropics. Anyone else encounter this error?

The airport and runway is not at 0m elevation/sea level? You shouldn't be able to fall lower if its 0m. If its at a higher elevation it may not be installed correctly.
