How do I install EKCH

Hi I have deledet all my cenerys and want to install them again starting with EKCH in P3DV4.2
where do I start

Installers doesn't work for me.

and the installer that came with the package doesn't allow to install to FSX: Steam Edition?

During Installation,. on the Install destination page, where it asks you to select the "main/root" FSX or P3D folder, there is a browse button. You click that and select your FSX Steam folder (the location that has the FSX.EXE). By default that is: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/FSX/

Unless you did a custom installation and have your Steam elsewhere.
