SODE jetways: is there a way to turn off the flashing light?

The light looks cool and all, but it's flashing inside the cockpit, which gets pretty annoying and is unrealistic. Is there anyway to turn off the flashing light under the jetway?

FlyTampa\Libraries\Effects\Flytampa_JetwayBeacon.fx
Edit it however you like or delete it.
