For sure I'm not an expert and cannot claim to understand the complexities of developing scenery for P3D v4.
But I'd say it's a problem for Fly Tampa to fix because a user should not have to reduce or alter settings like complexity or density just to make a particular scenery product work.
That's why I'm really disappointed that Fly Tampa are taking such an off hand and casual approach to resolving this issue. There can be no excuse for 7+ months and counting.

You can try this temporary fix, disable static aircraft in the config tool first, then copy/replace in /KaiTak/scenery/

Just tried it out. I have a very high end computer (5.3ghz i7 // (2) 1080Ti's), and the scenery is still slow to load (See included images). I don't have this issue with any other sceneries or any other Flytampa sceneries.

***Edit*** The above images illustrate the painfully slow loading, not the missing proper building. I noticed the missing proper buildings are the high rise building right next to the northwest of Kai Tak. Also...I have fireworks disabled in the configurator, and they are going off all day long.

Guess I could say that the layout of the HKAC is wrong too but I'm just so happy that we have this Grand Old Airport alive and well and full of so many great memories.
