Runway 12 is used 0.2% of all approaches into CPH. Runway 30 is only used on 2%. For departures RWY 12 is never used and RWY 30 is used 0.2% of all departures out of CPH.
Those very low numbers would give a very unrealistic way of how the runways were handled in the sim, so I simply decided to not use 12/30 for neither approach nor departure.
Basically that mean the 12/30 runway is closed and won't be used at all. That's why EFB can't use it as a runway.
