Sydney Jetways Not Moving

I understand only certain jetways move. International Gate 9 is a movable gateway but not for me. I have downloaded and installed libraries today but no moving gateway. I run the configurator and all items on it except safedock are checked and are working in the scenery. The configurator does not have an option for moving gates. Where do I look next to solve this problem. This is in P3Dv4.

I have the same problem.

The wheels spin but the Jetways don't move.

Can you see three or two jetways at gate 9?
