P3D v4 Double lights

Hi, install EHAM v1.1 with patch for v4, all works fine...but i have double lights at runways (custom+default lights)...see the screen.
Any idea for fix?

Same thing happened to me.
just purchased Amsterdam release 1.1 and installed p3dv4 patch.
someone have solved this issue ?

Maybe check for a duplicate EHAM AFD airport file (ie AFCAD)?
Also, do you see this with all runway configurations?
