Problem with 3D people (black texture)

Hi, I have a problem with 3D people in the airport and with the windsock, the people in the beach works correctly, but the other people the texture is Black, attached photos, and thanks with your help for resolve the problem

maybe re-download and run the Libraries Installer again:

Weird, because i don't see what the difference would be between beach people and those others. They have diff textures but otherwise are the same.

Check you have the files:
/FlyTampa/Libraries/texture/ft_windsock.dds
SEC01_01_ramp_red.dds
SEC01_05_pilot.dds
SEC01_05_worker.dds

If you do, another thing you can try is copying all those "SEC****" textures from the Libraries/texture/ folder to the StMaarten/texture/ folder. I doubt that will make it work, but I'm out of ideas otherwise.
