Runway 9,27 not comptible with latest sid star

I wonder why the TNCM runways not updated with latest AIRAC 1701 SIDSTAR runway numbers 10,28

which one is correct? do i need to restore old AIRAC ?

What is you are getting with AIRAC 1701 and what did you have before? Or, please explain further.

I have AIRAC 1705 ver3 and I can land on TNCM runway 10. The runway 28 is on the opposite side (same runway).
