I have Midway for fs9 and I just got fsx. Do I have to get the fsx v2 or just the update for v2.

Just the v2 update. You'll use your FS9 key when you install.

awesome screenshots, I starting to look for my next purchase and this scenery is in my list, but I like to ask something, I see a lot of house and building surrounding the airport, are these one included in the scenery or they are an additional addon? Because I also see a lot of building in the downtown Chicago background, and I dont remember the stock fsx Chicago scenery to be so dense.

The Addon includes buildings directly surrounding the airport only. Downtown is stock.
