Good evening,

No one seems to have been replying on the forum since my last post. I wonder when you are going to provide a solution/fix to a substantial problem which has rendered the scenery unusable. I paid good money for this product. If this problem cannot be resolved please advise how I can get a refund and I'll reinstall my former Aerosoft scenery. This looks like a fantastic scenery if it would only work properly. I have a number of your scenery products and I have never encountered such a problem. surely, it shouldn't be this hard.

Regards.

As long as the library entries are correct, ie 1. FlyTampa-Amsterdam 2. FlyTampa-Amsterdam_LC and the relevant elevation file exists in scenery\world\scenery folder, there is no other issue that you should normally encounter with the product. From your shots, everything looks setup correctly, which means that you potentially have other add-ons that interfere with Schiphol elevation.

The only other thing that comes to mind is FTX airport elevation correction tool (have you got FTX vector installed?) and second is whether you have other AFCAD files for EHAM that can interfere. One way to find out is to run a search for 'EHAM' in your sim folder and look for duplicate AFCAD files, which if you find they will need to be set to *.off

Either way, I m sure that in a clean FSX/P3D setup, you would have no issues whatsoever. If you still want to have a refund, based on your troubles, please let us know by emailing support@flytampa.com

Hi Emilios,

Thanks for all your help and advice but still cannot resolve problem.

I don't have FTX installed. I only ever had Aerosoft EHAM installed and I deleted this before installing FlyTampa. I use MyTraffic 6 and I previously deleted that afcad file. As far as I can tell, I don't have any duplicate afcad.

I am no expert and I have done all I reasonably can to resolve, regrettably no alternative but to request a refund and I'll contact you as recommended above.

Such a shame though as the scenery looks superb. I have many of your sceneries and have never encountered any problems.

Regards.

Good afternoon,

After several attempts in order to resolve my issue with EHAM I just have the last thing to do: write here. I read all the posts on the forum but nothing has change.

I have the ORBX suite (global, LC and Vector). Installed EHAM several times and everytime I have ran the elevation tool provided by FTX Vector. I have checked my scenery library and everything seems ok, I have checked the dummy.bgl and it's in the correct folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Scenery\World\scenery). Now, I still have the same issue and I'm trouble because I love that scenery and I don't want to reinstall Aerosoft EHAM or the whole P3D v.3.14.

Hopefully you can help me, I thank you in advice.

Renato

Has this been resolved or?
I can only think of FTX-related issues, or other conflicting scenery/AFCAD, if you're still getting errors. did you own previous versions of Schiphol airport?

Thanks for your reply Emelios. I don't know why your e-mail has bounced back. However, I have e-mailed you an alternative e-mail address this morning.

Are there any remains of another EHAM scenery (bgl) in your Flight Simulator/Scenery/World/Scenery folder?

Hi everybody,

I have checked if I have any related file/AFCAD to EHAM in my P3D directory (included also the path scenery/world/scenery) but I didn't find anything... The problem is only in one area of the airport (see the red area in the screenshot attached)... If I can't resolve the problem I will avoid that area
