Double Flashing lights at ILS13

Hi Team,

I'm not sure if this is normal but I have Kai Tak for FSX and I have noticed that on final to ILS 13, to the right of the lead in flashing lights there are 3 other white lights flashing on top of 3 buildings? The 3 buildings where the other 3 white lights are flashing are located right near the runway.

Does this sound right? Can you please let me know?

Yes, there should be a bunch of flashing lights on various buildings.
