Do I need to uncheck the default St Maarten?

I just got the FlyTampa_Maarten_Complete_FSX_P3D_18, Do I need to uncheck the default St Maarten? I have one way down in my default scenery list but my new one is all the way up top.

No, you should leave the stock entry in place.
