Hi Martin,

Sometimes we forget as customers, the amount of time and energy to develop a program, and to then update it to what is essentially a new platform. See Frogglesims review - it is a new platform with everything it can achieve.

I, like I am sure many others out there are willing to wait for the correct program to load FlyTampa correctly into P3D v3 so that it works properly, but just would like a confirmation that it's going to happen as time allows . And as it really is a new platform, charging for a program that correctly converts these airports over properly is well worth it, considering the amount of investment i have put into FlyTampa products so far, so a few more dollars is nothing. But having this investment not working to its best on this new platform because of a few dollars, that would be really really sad.

So don't complain guys, really there is no issue paying for a program that makes FlyTampa work in this new Program P3D v3, as it is worth it for giving us the best experience possible. So please Martin go for it, we'll pay for the greater experience it gives us. Only stupidity would stop us from paying for the new experience and many benefits.

VHHX,

The main scenery folders were installed separately into C:\P3D Add-Ones/FT folders and effects files were copied into C:\P3D/Effects main effects folder, however I don't see haze effects, no night illumination over the city and no other small lighting features such as checkered flag approach lighting.

Upon exiting from P3D I'm getting this message.

[error.0]
error=Found Duplicate Key Name
File:C:\P3D\Effects\flytampa_hk_fw_seq.fx
Section:controller.0
Key:effect.8

The message is telling you that you have the scenery library pointing to the wrong folder. Easy enough to fix through either the Scenery Library or by editing the scenery.cfg by hand.

"If the installation folder contains a /Effects/ folder you can either copy the contents to your main Prepar3D/Effects/ folder, or if you wish to be fully compliant, run the following DOS command, changing the Path accordingly."

Fully compliant....what is the difference between the to install options copy/pasting vs DOS command?
