VIRGIN , JETSTAR and QANTAS aircraft do not appear at the gates as seen in the advt video. i have re installed and they are still not there.Hope you can help

that's another 3rd party addon called ultimate traffic or whatever you like

Or My Traffic. If you have that remove the file BR2_YSSY.BGL from YOUR FSX FOLDER\MyTraffic\Scenery
