Performance Issue

Hi there,
Recently bought Dubai and installed into P3D
However whenever I pan or go to take off even with the default jet I get major stutters
my specs:
I7 4790k at 4.7ghz
GTX 980ti SSC 2.0+
16gb DDR3 1866 ram
I run fly tampa sydney just fine and feel like thats more of an impact then dubai but I could be wrong.
Frames jump from 15-60 to 45 back to 20 and all over the place,
All config items are off
Turns into a stuttering slide show pretty much.
Any ideas?

I also have in the dubai folder in the fly tampa folder FlyTampa_Dubai_FSX_Uninstall
Should this say P3D since thats where its installed?

Also My GPU is running at 99% at this airport only.
Im not sure whats going on but hopefully we can figure it out.

Looking at my other airport YSSY, Im left with a P3D uninstaller but for Dubai im left with an FSX one even though its installed into P3D, is this an issue?

Anybody that can help?

Ive tried everything from resetting nvidia control panel to reseting bios to reintall all of p3d etc and dont know whats wrong.

Have you made any edits to the fsx\p3d.cfg file?

I've had stutters after changing settings in there. Maybe revert back & see if it irons out.
Dubai should run smoother than Sydney in my experience & you have a great system.

None. I did a fresh install of P3D and still having issues

For some reason turning down my mesh setting and autogen trees and houses fixed it. Im not sure what the deal at dubai is but its smooth now
