When can I expect to receive the update link from BMT Micro Order?

I think you should be able to use the installer from your original BMT order. As long as you use the DAT file provided in the first post, you should be fine.

I don't understand how this works in terms of getting updates. Am I supposed to get a new email from BMTMicro? I agree that the updating process is not as straightforward as I would have hoped.

I am not certain how to get the new EXE.

I'm not sure if the link was updated during the time these recent posts were made. But I still have the original BMT email from my purchase and the link now downloads the 1.4 version.

In order to download the 1.4 exe I used the email that I received when v1.3 was out, but the password has expired. What should I do??

Hi FlyTampa guys,
Please let your customers know how/where to obtain the new .exe file if this scenery was purchased via BMT Micro. As someone mentioned, do we need to wait until we get a new e-mail with download links? If so, what is the ETA? Or do we need to do something else, if so, what? Please give us the required information.

BT Micro re-send the original purchase details and ask the possibility of downloading version 1.4. You get back a mail containing the download link ...

Still no E-Mail from BMT here... I already regret that I didn't buy on simmarket. Anyway although I admire the devs for their art-like work, I am kind of annoyed that they don't react to customer enquiries in this matter.

@FlyTampa: for the last time, please explain how the update will be distributed via BMT.

If my wind-settings are set to south-west winds, the runway set for takeoffs is 22R - which is also like in real life. But runway 22L is not in use for landings like in real life - so the only active runway is 22R - or 4R if the wind direction is opposite. How do I fix this?

As far as I understand the 'standard' way of purchasing is via this website and BMT Micro.

So we are unable to update right now. I hope support will respond.
