TNCM file not starting up

I just downloaded the new St. Maarten file from FlyTampa.
When I run my FSX SE it still shows the original TNCM airport.
I see a recently added program FlyTampa-Configurator(FSX). When I click on that it gives me the following error:
No scenery configuration found in "scripts". Startup aborted.
Did I download to wrong location? I had it download in the default location.

It sounds like its not installed correctly. You can email us requesting a replacement download. In case of FSX-SE, you should also read this, specially if you have both FSX and FSX-SE installed: http://flytampa.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7135
