Unable to download Config Libraries

I bought Sydney yesterday and since then have been trying to download the required library update.
During the install process I was notified that the automatic download of the library did not succeed
and that I should install it manually. Since then, about 12 download attempts have been made, resulting
in either in a "Page Not Available/No Data Received" or a corrupt download. Is there another link to get the
library file?

Seems to be working fine right now. Do you have a download manager or virus scanner interfering?

I disabled my Avast Free and it worked. Very strange as I din't get an Avast warning or anything.

I had this problem too when i installed it last night. The download link for the config libraries wouldn't work but i tried downloading the library exe on a different computer and it worked???????
