What are the two installers?

Hello,
On SimMarket, I see two installers, the FlyTampa_Sydney_FSX_P3D.dat and the FlyTampa_Sydney_FSX_P3D_10.dat. Can you explain what these two are and if they are both required?

You need both.
If it was all compiled into one file, the installer becomes unresponsive for 30 seconds & we were worried users would think it had frozen the computer.
