Password Blocked

Hi Martin. I am trying to redownload the yyz scenery and I get a pop up page from BT Micro saying my password is blocked. I am trying to redownload because CYYZ it is not installing properly. I am using the Steam edition and that is the only thing on my computer. No original FSX or anything. When I load FSX and go to CYYZ I do not have the scenery there. The folder is in the addon scenery folder though. I also do not have a FT Tampa folder where the configurator installs either. Thx
