Apron traffic missing!

Hey there,
Love the new EKCH, great job.
Had it running fine on FSX, with AES and all, it was great.
Took the step to P3D. Fantastic! Installed FlyTampa EKCH, it's there, nice and all, but no traffic on the Apron. I have selected Apron traffic in the P3D configurator. As for static aircraft, I have the DHL aircraft on the Cargo Apron.
I have also selected All gates to animated Jetways, but also here, there are none.

Any I deas how I can fix this? Ity is quite empty without the Apron vehicles!

What you see is normal; unfortunately AES animations are not yet supported in P3D.

Thank you for your quick reply..I was not aware that it was AES that generated the apron traffic, as there is a seperate box to tick in the control panel concerning Apron traffic.
Does GSX generate apron traffic like AES to your knowledge?
last question: can AES be used, and will I get the apron traffic if I use the FXS P3D migration tool? (that might be outside the scope of what you can answer, I know)

No. AES does not work with P3D at all. It's something with a file needed that won't work for P3D, so it's simply impossible to get AES working in P3D.

I know that Aerosoft have something coming soon, that looks like AES for P3D, so you might in a near future get apron traffic.

GSX only works for your plane and nothing else.

So you have to live with the airport without any apron traffic.

I think you referring to Mathjis post in the Prague thread. The feature which looks like AES will only be available for Prague.

There will be no AES in the near future for Prepar3D.

it is just great getting qualified answers from qualified people. thank you guys so much for answering. I guess there is not much to do but wait for the P3D products to arrive, and in the meantime save, save, and save up to buy all this new stuff!
