Before I start crying-Is a FS9 version planned?

Hello flytampa,

I want top ask you if you are going to convert the FSX version of Kopenhave to FS9.

Many sceneries were made for FS9 in the past weeks and many more are coming from various famous developers.

Frankfurt GAP
ZBAA A_A Sceneries
WMKK A_A Sceneries
MDesign Moscow Domodedovo
Warsaw Drebciwiki
Brussels aerosoft and much more

also ifly is going to release an aircraft addon for FS9. may be you already know it that they are developing the 747 with various versions.


So please give us a simple answer if you are gong to make also a FS9 version.

Even if we have to wait till 2015, it would be a godd news.

Hi!

Before anyone from FlyTampa replies to your post, you might wish to double check your post as it looks like it contains errors/misinformation, e.g:
- there is no FS2009, you probably mean FS2004?
- did A-A Sceneries release ZBAA? Did they say it would be for FS9?
- did GAP announce they are making the FS9 version of EDDF v2 (if this is the one you are mentioning)?
- Is Domodedovo really available or planned for FS9?
- Is 'Drebciwiki' the same as 'Drzewiecki' or a developer I am not aware of?

Hi Jeremy, sorry being 'late' in replying about this. There will not be a FS9 version for Copenhagen.

It becomes increasingly difficult to port things over to FS9. With Copenhagen, after trying, we decided that it would be greatly inefficient to do so.

Now, while I`m seeing many screenshots of your Copehaven scenery I have to write that I am very disappointed that no FS9 version will come.

MDESIGN UUDD will come next week for FS2004.

MA Frankfurt 2015 will come from GAP, FS9 version was confirmed.

A_A scenery WMKK will come in a couple months with KLIA2 for FS9.

ZBAA is the next project of A_A scenery and it will be surely for FS9, too.

EBBR will come from aerosft and FS9 version was confirmed in the forum


EPWA will come for FS9, too. That was their intention, because theri city scenery is also availible for FS9.
BUt I can not tell if they will change their mind.

I don`t need to double check my comment. Yes I ment 2004 and I corrected it very fast.
Before you criticise me you should try to visit the developers websites.
The listed addons will come soon for FS9.

That's exactly what I did and I did not find any confirmation other than your words.
If you still care (of course you don't have to) you might point me to where these are mentioned.

Yes, this is the only one I know of which actually is confirmed for FS9.
That's why I did not list it in my reply to you.

I was just trying to be precise as my knowledge clearly differs from yours.
I have nothing against FS9. I had used it for 10 years until some 1.5 years ago I switched to FSX.

What was the problem of conversion? I mean you were able to convert Dubai to FS9 and it looks great!

Hi guys,
I agree with everything being said by 'Velocity'.
I have said my piece on FS2004 in the past, so don't see why I should repeat myself.
Perhaps instead of telling us FS2004 users to simply "get over" ourselves, how about accepting that there's more than just one decent platform for FS.

As for the lack of FS2004 support, I agree that a down scaled conversion of EKCH would still get my support and I would certainly purchase the product.
All I want at this stage is a fantastic airport scenery for Kastrup Airport, not so worried about the extras of the city and surrounds. However, Dubai was done well, as was Kai Tak and others.
