Error:

unable to perform the Update beacuse no prior version of FlyTampa-Buffalo has been detected. Please reinstall FlyTampa-Buffalo using the original installer before applying this Update. Note that this update will not work if you copied the original files/folders elsewhere manually.

i got the same error, tried to reinstall and try that update again but no luck.

What was the name of the original main installer you run?

I've no more ideas why its failing.

I have this issue too with updating my KBUF scenery. Is there anyway you can just zip up the changed files and have as an attachment here in this forum. I know i have found other updated files in this manner here in the forums.

There are some anti piracy issues with this update. If you've used an illegal serial number or rip you will have trouble with it.
To resolve it, contact support.

Since when is the update called: "FlyTampa_Buffalo_FS9_Update_11b.exe"?

I just renamed it because Norton was reporting the file as unsafe. Its fine now.
I think some Pirates were flagging it as unsafe because it stops their stolen serials from working.

I think the update file is missing from the flytampa download library. I get " Not Found The requested URL /dwl/FlyTampa_Buffalo_FS9_Update_11b.exe was not found on this server."
