TNCM : which one to install

I am rebuilding FSX.

Have 2 TNCM files :
FlyTampa_Maarten_FSX,exe at 59634kb
FlyTampa_Maarten_Complete_FSX_11 at 47276kb

What is the difference between these ? Do I need any updates ?

I need to uninstall FlyTampa_Maarten_FSX.exe but I see no uninstall link.
What is the official way to remove it and reinstall (black boxes). No, there is no FS9 on my new PC.

To remove TNCM just delete the FlyTampa-Maarten entry from the Scenery library and afterwards delete the folder:
FSX/Addon Scenery/FlyTampa-Maarten/

After reinstalling, there is an update availbale here:
