Re: Montreal First Preview
I like many others have poured a lot of time and money into fs9 and have it working without fault, the addon scenery, autogen and photo scenery that is installed means it looks nothing like misrosoft intended....so Why would I want to drop it all to move to a platform that even the best machines have trouble running...all the U-tube clips ive looked at stutter along and my fs9 looks way better, so I for one wont move until something comes along that raises the bar...FSX sadly does not
Re: Montreal First Preview
You already know my story George....I've tried FSX installed uninstalled...installed uninstalled....don't get me wrong I love the utilities, features of FSX (cars and boats etc) but I too prefer the performance....and with 450+ addons for FS9...its hard to move me. Perhaps in another 5 years:). I'm elated that us fs9ners will be able to experience another one of your marvelous creations. thank you...just say the date and the funds are there.george[flytampa] wrote:It'll be for FS9 & FSX. I don't dislike FS9, I just dislike two versions.
AES lite is also planned at this time.
What are you FS9 guys going to do now? I know some of you were holding out for Flight.
Is sticking with FS9 an option?
cheers..

Re: Montreal First Preview
What about XP10? Conversion is pretty easy isn't it
Re: Montreal First Preview
The way things are looking, it'll be Prepar3d moving forward.

I have no idea about that as I've never looked into it.

Re: Montreal First Preview
Looking at the previews I have nothing to say. I'm left speechless. Absolutely stunning. Clearly your long hours on the project are certainly showing through.

I am another simmer who has no plans to move away from FS9. I am so happy that FlyTampa and some of the other premier scenery designers haven't forgotten about us.

Re: Montreal First Preview
Well, this is not a vote here, but George asked for us FS9 guys. I will stick with FS9 since Flight is the simulator story not pushing ahead. I pimped up my sim so much, FS9 is running fine
Thanks George for supporting this ooold sim with CYUL! Great screenshots!
Btw, is Martin active with anything? Cooking?
Best regards,
Axel
