Some over at FlightSimWorld have said the flight dynamics are very poor, but I believe that was with a beta model. One of the developers have said the engine is far more improved over the older engine they had.

You gonna take the plunge or pass on this one?

I'm still debating. It looks like fun and reminds me of the old Simcopter.

If they brought the price down to $30-35 I would get it, but as of right now I'm in no market for it.

I bought the Beta a couple weeks ago and wasn't too impressed... I found it to be VERY dark for some reason. It's like 12:00 in the afternoon but feels like 6PM. The control was a little sloggy anf the assignments are very confusing. There is no mouse cursor so it's not like FS where you can click switches to get things going everything has to be a keyboard or control imput. Again, that was the BETA so now I am downloading the retail version. I'll post up a video when I get it all sorted...

I'm sorry to hear that but thank you for the report. At least it will save others some money.

It's just so damn dark. Everything is dark. It's really just a videogame. Not a simulator by any means... And you have to program every axis on the controllers because it's meant to be played with the mouse and WASD keys... too bad on this one. Maybe if I am bored enough I will play with it in the future... glad I could save ya a buck.

Pass... If you feel like flying helicopter go try the updated DCS Blackshark 2..

The TOH has interesting idea but the realization is semi-finished product: bad textures (even on max settings), bad VC (what VC?!..), "funny" flight dynamics, and the list goes on.. I had ArmA2 and tried many times to play it, well it did not work for me. Few weeks later the ArmA was gone from my HD. With this TOH game I spent just 2 hours and deleted it. Now some ArmA lovers might like it but considering I have DCS A-10 and PMDG NGX, I simply don't have time to waste with mediocre products.
