Sorted FS9 AFCAD for LGAV

Hi guys

I just reworked a bit the AFCAD to have Schengen and Non Schengen traffic separated..
Side note.. for Olympic Air i used OAL for 320/319 and NOA for the Dash.

Hope the developer dont mind working with his file.
