Its too big for now. If Montreal sells well, I'll consider Toronto for the future. Canada is un-tested ground for us.altstiff wrote:CYUL? CYYZ please! It's Canada's busiest airport....
BUT if the above list is our only option....CYUL of course..
Although EFHK would be nice for FSX (the freeware FS9 version is awesome).
Is the next addon for FSX only George? Either way I say CYUL with EFHK a close second....

Re: Update & new plans
My 1st choice for sure is Prague Ruzyne - a good mix of pax and cargo flts and loads of other airports within an hour or two flight time. As for Aerosoft maybe doing it, FlyTampa would knock the sox off of it!! It looks as though Montreal is very poular but I would'nt be interested. Please keep on making your amzing fantastic airports for us to enjoy

Hi George
I also would buy any scenery you made for fs9 but my vote would be for Helsinki also as I know Aerosoft has earmarked Prauge for release some time this year

Re: Update & new plans
Hi George I agree with the other poster thanks for sharing your ideas with us again I would have say Montreal CYUL I feel so bad for the canadian simmers not have a really high quality airport for so many years.
The times I have wanted to fly into Canada I couldn't due to the fact that I hate default airports to boring. now as for sales I wish I had a clue hell I wish all airports flytampa makes made huge money for the amount of time you guys have to spend developing it. but from the google earth and the photos I have seen it looks like a very nice airport to make and a good size.
but it also comes down to which airport do you think is worth putting allot of time in.

Re: Update & new plans
Montreal CYUL is what I would want most out of that list. I would buy it immediatley. There really is not anything of FT quality for Canada. Though don't throw away that list. I think Prague LKPR would be a very interesting Eastern Europe airport. As a matter of fact, I cannot think of any good Eastern European airports out there for FSX of FT quality. I bet that one would sell pretty good. But for the next one, I would say YUL.
Re: Update & new plans
KBHM Would be right up your ally.
Re: Update & new plans
Me too if it's YUL surment it will close for the winter.
Re: Update & new plans
Well, I mostly only sim and buy scenery in North America now (time! so little time!), so CYUL would be my vote. Pretty much any FlyTampa airport in the US or Canada will be a day-of-release purchase for me. Anything else would be what someone else in this thread called a 'rainy day' purchase. Anything by FlyTampa is going to be pretty tempting, though.
I'd really love to see more of the US class-C airports like KBUF - I hope your problem with Spokane is specific to that airport and not US airports in general.

Re: Update & new plans
For me it's either Phuket or Montreal.
Although, for Canadian airfields, I would love to see FT tackle The Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, CYTZ, and the entire Toronto Lake Front. Just because I know FT would do it justice.
It's nice to see FT think of the Canadians. But my question to George is, "Which one do you really want to do?"
Also, bummer about Spokane. That would have been awesome, but I realize based on what you've said that it was out of your hands for whatever reason.
BTW, have you guys ever considered doing a South American or African airfield, even if just a small one? It would probably be too limited market wise, but I was just curious. I fly all over the world in FS and I was just wondering if you guys have ever considered something like that. So many airports, so little time...

Re: Update & new plans
Yeah! As for African airports, Kenya, Ethopia, etc.
