Rhythm with Frame Rates - KMDW

I have Aerosoft's Chicago scenery loaded with Fly Tampa's KMDW V2 (FSX). Frame rates stay at 19 fps for about 5 seconds and dips to 7 fps back up to 19 fps then 5 seconds back down to 7 fps. There seems to be a rhythm to this, what could cause this? Uninstall Aerosoft Chicago scenery everthing is fine.

Do you have a ai traffic package installed?

Yes I have World of AI packages installed.

First try disabling all AI traffic and see if it still does it.

I disabled all ai traffic better fps but still have 5 second rhythm. Not sure what's going on but thanks for trying to help me.

There must be a conflict between flytampa KMDW and Aerosoft Chicago scenery? I removed the chicago scenery and fps are steady.
