The AI planes are free from World of AI. I had to add Olympic Air manually tho.

Wow!!! Quality like that is exactly why I'm a fanboy. I'm already creating IFR flightplans to fly into this beauty when it's released.

@George/Martin: Any word if AES-lite (vehicle traffic) will be implemented into this or any other Flytampa scenery?

Thanks for reminding me.

What is AES-Lite anyway? Something worth having?

It is just Aerosoft's way of adding traffic and airport vehicles. I don't believe it is a part of any sceneries other than Aerosoft produced sceneries. Also, unless the vehicles stop for you (for example, during pushback), it isn't worth having them in my opinion. Some of the ImagineSim products have moving vehicles around the ramps but it isn't that cool once they start driving right through you.

It actually isn't Aerosoft property, it's Oliver's to the best of my understanding ( check page 4 of this thread). And it can therefore be applied to any scenery that Oliver and the main developer (Flytampa) come to an agreement about. It is realistic (including airport specific) traffic on and off the airport property (including trains). The feature I like best about it is that traffic reacts to your aircraft; eg. when being pushed back or taxiing into a gate the vehicle traffic stops until you have cleared their driving lanes (the same applies anywhere on the airport where ground vehicles intersects a taxiway).

If any of you have Sim-Wings' latest sceneries then you already know what I'm talking about. Probably the best example of what it's capable of is in Aerosoft's Innsbruck scenery where the entire city as well as the airport is mobilized including rail traffic.

@George: The reason I think it's worth having is that us FS9ers would have realistic moving vehicle traffic with no FPS impact and you could have it for FSX too if you wanted to save some development time on your part. I know FSX has its own native traffic system but AES-lite has custom traffic for an airport and region.

Pictures of LGAV look realy PROMISSING!! Even the light of the area is caught quite authentic. I know that, since I see it with my bare eyes many times a week.
The only quastion I have is the following:
WHEN do you plan LGAV to be ready for purchasing?

Christos Michalopoulos
Athens, Greece

I don't have a date. It won't be too long now. All thats left to do is the Taxiways signs, Nightmaps, some new vehicle models, placement of the static vehicles, AES lite (maybe), fixing bugs & finally & defiantly least, the FS9 version :)
