KTPA GPS Approach Issue in FS9.1

The Approaches to the Rebooted KTPA 2.1 display a strange approach line to any ILS capable runway. After activating the approach to any ILS capable runway, the initial approach vector looks normal, but as it approaches the airport it vectors off at a 45 degree angle at the next waypoint in the approach.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

I don't often use the FS GPS and do not have this scenery but it almost seems as if that is just the course to intercept the ILS to whichever runway you selected and not the actual ILS course.

Did you resolve the issue? I am having the same issue. No matter which runway I select, an old runway appears as my waypoint over 5000nm away.
