Lost products

Post by CaptainG36 » Wed Jan 14, 2009 7:12 am

Hi Martin
I recently suffered a major HDD crash and yes, I DID back up my scenery...on an external HDD. Unfortunately, THAT hard drive crashed as well and all data wiped because of a bastard virus. SO, I have no scenery and no serials.
I already sent off an email to support 2 days ago but no reply yet.
Any ideas?
Products I bought were:
TNCM complete
KMIA
KSEA
KSFO
LOWW

incredible how some people is so quick to jump to conclusions. If he have indeed bought the sceneries as he claim, FlyTampa will have a record of it. All he would have to do is state his e-mail address. and if he bought them from Simmarket, he can easily re-download them from there by visiting his account

I can't think of anyone who would lie to the developer about buying his/her products. That's just makes no sense at all.. that's guaranteed to fail :)

It may be stupid and garunteed to fail, but I'm sure there are a bunch out there who think they can get away with that...
