I have just installed 0821 JeppView Data and see a big change of TNCM, it adds some RNAV DEP ARR Procedure, and changes the rwy hdg!!!

why did they change runway 9-27 to 10-28?

perhaps magnetic variation? Runways are always aigned to the magnetic compass, so perhaps the lines of flux have shifted in the past years in that area

The team of IVAO-AN will update the sectorfile from TNCM - but without a update of the flytampa it will not be a good work, because we than has 3 categories of pilots:
1) FS9 without addon
2) FS9 +addon
3) pilots with jeppesen charts
In the meanwhile we work with the "old" charts and the "old" sectorfile
