I ordered today (Sat), do I get a download link over the WE?

Hi,

I have just placed my order with your site for Kai Tak Airport. Am I getting the download link this weekend?

I tried calling BMT Micro but they wouldn't pick up. I tried five times and all I got was the mailbox. Are they even staffed today?

The link should be sent to your email. I ordered off the site and I got 3 emails. The last one should have the serial number and the download link.

Hi I only got two emails. They both say the order was received and is being processed at the minute. However, that was like an hour ago... I also checked my spam folder. I use a corporate POP3 email account, on my own server, which is working fine (I did a routine check) and should receive emails just fine.

I just checked my email and all the emails got sent to me at the same time. Is the trash full for your account? I use optonline and I just downloaded it with the download link that they sent me. Otherwise I would just say to contact them.
