Maybe, just maybe, you should not act so quick when buying things. You have just bought the 'wrong' version. There are two versions, one that just has TNCM and that is the one you obviously bought. And then there is one version called 'Maarten complete' that has all islands, even for FSX. And Simmarket has it too...

Simmarket does only list the TNCM-only as new because that one is actually a new 'light' version. The complete version is 'only' updated and now fully FSX SP2 compatible. That's why Simmarket does not list it as new.
I'm not sure what you can do now since Simmarket does not give refunds.

No, that's not true. The TNCM-only versions was the so called 'preliminary' version that you got when you've purchased the FS9-version. It was never sold seperately. Now, there are two versions. One that contains TNCM only and one that contains all islands. Both version are available for both FS9 and FSX.
I must admit though that Simmarket screwed that up in my eyes. The 'old' version that is now 'complete' never surfaced as a new item because Simmarket saw it as an update. And the new TNCM-only version is indeed new as TNCM was never sold seperately before as I already said. They should have had both as new items in my mind.
I hope Simmarket does grant you the complete version though.

I see what you mean. The product showing within Simmarket's "New" list is the Standalone St. Maarten. I see how this is confusing.
To clarify: The old "Preliminary" file isn't being distributed anywhere anymore, the FSX filename for the Standalone is called "FlyTampa-Maarten_FSX_11.exe and the Complete is "FlyTampa-Maarten_Complete_FSX_11.exe.
Everyone who now purchased the Standalone within the last day and really wanted to get the Complete please send an email to
martin@flytampa.com.
The product page on simmarket has been updated with the message: The contents of this package are also available as FlyTampa St.Maarten Complete with the Islands of St.Maarten, St.Bartholomey and Saba
