What happened to them and this project?

Post by Davidoff » Fri Dec 07, 2007 12:48 pm

Anyone know whats going on with these guys ( http://www.simflyers.net/develop/develop.htm ) and their BFI project? The Screenies look really nice, just never saw the finished project. Tried contacting them but didnt hear anything back.

You must be new here. :?

St. Maartin was just released earlier this year. When were the first Simflyers KBFI screenshots posted, and when were the last ones posted? To your knowlegde, how many projects does FT release in twelve months? At what point in a project does FT let the public know what the next project will be? Answer these questions and you might think differently. Don't jump on the retard bus like some of the nay-sayers here.

Not at all. I own all of the USA sceneries plus St. Martin. And, I come here at least once or twice a week. It's the silence of the developers that prompted the comment and it reminds me of the way SimFlyers and FlightScenery went. It seems like they lose interest and they are gone. But, their websites remain. Well, apparently this post prompted a comment from one of the developers, so we know at least one of them watches the boards. I don't know, is there any reason to keep looking here? Seems not. One thing you can say for ImagineSim is they let you know what's in the works.

Jusy another bitchy consumer......

That's me.

Looks like this forum is going to be closing as well as the site. The upgrades and downloads are going to be put on a FTP server.

The end.

Gentlemen,

As I'm not from the US and English isn't my native language, I have some difficulties to understand if what was said in this thread is on a sarcastic level ( look at the  emoticons ) or a sad prophecy ( look at the :? or :-( emoticons ). Can you try to elucidate this mistery to me?
