I still have fs2002 on my computer with TPA installed. Can I just copy the folder into fs9 then add it to the library?

Yes and no, you can copy it over, but you should also install the Tampa updates avaiable on the downloads page.

Yes, that worked, and I updated the AFCAD2 file for the airlines. So it's looking good.
