Here is a video showing off this beautiful scenery, I know the vid doesn't do the scenery any justice, but have a look :)

Jonathan, Nice video. Where did you get the plane in the video? It looks nice. I like the soundset as well if that is stock. Thanks in advance.

Best regards, Jeff

Hey guys, glad you liked it!

The aircraft is made by Lago Jeff, with stock sounds. Great aircraft in my opinion, and a must when flying this scenery :D

Nice video, but you labeled the runway wrong, it says " landing runway 12" and you landed on runway 30 at Saba.

Hi Jonathan, thanks for your reply. I did post a request looking for this AC type on Avsim yesterday, and I got a reply mentioning the Lago. Now that you've confirmed this,I know which direction to go. My only concern was the VC, as this product was made long ago, so I am hopeful that I can fly this bird without opening pop ups like crazy. Gotta go to the Lago site again to look. Thanks again for your help.

Best regards, Jeff

Sorry about that Paavo, do forgive me. lol

@ Jeff- I feel the the twin otter has certainly been overlooked when it comes to aircraft for FS, it's such a great bird, with amazing capabiblites, and alothough the model is old, Lago did quite a good job, sounds, VC, 2D etc. It is by no means, level d, PMDG or captainsim, but it is the best Twin Otter out there that I am aware of. The gauges in the vc are sharp, but when it comes to looking at the footpedals, and the lower section of the VC, it certainly lacks features and textures. The exterior model is very good aswell.

Not convincing you to buy it or anything, just giving you my experience with it :)

Absolutely beautiful and the music was just the right for this video. It almost made me into tears during TFFJ approach and landing. You are a very skilled pilot indeed.

And great handling of twotter too. It can be a bit difficult to make "quick" approaches with twotter as the engines reacts quite slowly to throttle, so if you aren't few steps ahead the aircraft, you will have some problems.

Thanks mate, it takes a bit of time, but I LOVE flying the Twotter, so it's easy to get relatively good at it. :D

Jonathan, thanks for your reply. Well, I did try the Premair model, which I removed. The gauges took forever to remove, so darn many of them. I have Erics model, but the gauges are extremely blurry and low res no matter what I do and the wheels sink into the ground in this model. I like the Lago, except the fact it seems to need the use of pop ups for everything, and I use one monitor, and fly only from the VC, so I don't know what to do about getting it. Plus 19 pounds is quite alot in US dollars for something made back in 2002. I would think they would have lowered the price after all these years. If I could use my CH yoke, or another way to control everything without pop ups, I may consider it. It is a nice looking plane, that's for sure. :) My biggest problem is I'm too picky about the aircraft I use, which sometimes works against me.

Nice video Johnathon. What video program do you use? It's pretty smooth.
Thanks for sharing. :)
