TNCM scenery

If I wanted to just purchase the TNCM scenery (I only fly into that airport, not the other), how much add-on work is done outside of the airport itself? Just the hotels right around it, or does it extend further? Just wondering. THanks.

The stand-alone contains the airport, maho beach and the resorts + surrounding houes & vegetation. Basically everything you see in this screenshot but no further. The equivalent content and price of our previous airport addons.
