Aes isn't working in p3d.
Same goes for vistamare

There is several thing which can cause this:
1. Corrupted navdata download
2. Corrupted Bgl files

Possible fixes:
Reinstall navdata (download a new one)
Reinstall scenery
Editing the .bgl file yourself with AFX
